Bougainvilleas Townhouses

To provide housing for the influx of service employees on the Turks and Caicos Islands, our client sought to develop a simple community of townhomes. Our design maximized the useable recreation space by creating a communal pool area in the center of the site and ringing it with the housing units. This concentric circle design strategy also created separation from parking spaces, which ring the outside of the site. This project is currently under construction and will be completed in 2009.
